The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today, on August 7th 2023, the Company received a notification of a change in the holding of Company shares from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. with its registered office at ul. Rodziny Hiszpańskich 1, 02-685 Warsaw, Poland (the “Management Company”), which manages pension funds Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (“Allianz OFE”) and Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny (“Allianz DFE”) The text of the notification is attached as an appendix hereto.
