The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today, on July 25th 2023, the Company received a notification of a change in the holding of Company shares from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered office at ul. Senatorska 18, Warsaw, Poland (the “Management Company”), which manages the open-end pension fund Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (“Generali OFE”). The text of the notification is attached as an appendix hereto.
