The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) publishes, attached to this report, the list of shareholders who attended the Annual General Meeting on June 13th 2023 (“AGM”) and held 5% or more of total voting rights at the Meeting.
The shareholders who attended the Annual General Meeting and voted on resolutions 1-8 held 10,561,222 shares/voting rights of the total number of 14,168,100 shares/voting rights, which represented 74.54% of the Company’s share capital.
After the attendance list was completed and signed by a shareholder who arrived during the Meeting, for the remaining part of the Meeting the attending shareholders held an aggregate of 11,103,460 shares/voting rights of the total number of 14,168,100 shares/voting rights, which represented 78.37% of the Company’s share capital.
The list of shareholders is attached as an appendix hereto.
