The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today, on May 16th 2023, the Company received a notification of a change in the holding of Company shares from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. of Warszaw (“PTE Allianz”), which manages Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (“Allianz OFE”). The text of the notification is attached as an appendix hereto.
