The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today, i.e. on February 22nd 2022, the Company received from attorneys-in-fact acting on behalf of Immersion Capital LLP of London (address: 15-16 Brooks Mews, London WIK 4DS United Kingdom) ( “Immersion Capital”) a notification of a change in the holding of Company shares.
