The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today, on 20 February 2024, the Company received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., with its registered office at Rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 4, 00-843 Warsaw (the “Management Company”), acting on behalf of the open-end pension fund Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień (OFE PZU) and the voluntary pension fund Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU (DFE PZU), a notification of change in ownership of Company shares. The notification is attached as an appendix hereto.
