The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces the scheduled publication dates for its periodic reports in 2023:
- 2022 Annual Report – April 27th 2023
- Q1 2023 report – May 19th 2023
- H1 2023 report – September 7th 2023
- Q3 2023 report – November 16th 2023.
The Management Board further announces that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include quarterly separate financial information and half-yearly condensed separate financial statements, respectively, as permitted under Par. 62.1 and Par. 62.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (the “Regulation”). The annual report will be prepared and published in both separate and consolidated form. As permitted under Par. 79.2 of the Regulation, no quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2022 and the second quarter of 2023 will be issued by the Company.
