The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces the scheduled publication dates for its periodic reports in 2024:
- 2023 annual report – 25 April 2024,
- Q1 2024 report – 22 May 2024,
- H1 2024 report – 10 September 2024,
- Q3 2024 report – 15 November 2024.
The Management Board further announces that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include quarterly separate financial information and half-yearly condensed separate financial statements, respectively, as permitted under Section 62.1 and Section 62.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated 29 March 2018 (the “Regulation”). The annual report will be prepared and published in both separate and consolidated form. As permitted under Section 79.2 of the Regulation, no quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024 will be issued by the Company.
