The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that late in the evening on January 5th 2023 the Company received from PTE Allianz Polska S.A. of Warsaw (“PTE Allianz”) a corrected notification of the change in the holding of Company shares, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 1/2023 of January 5th 2023.
The text of the corrected notification is attached hereto as an appendix.
