The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today, on January 5th 2023, the Company received a notification of a change in the holding of Company shares from PTE Allianz Polska S.A. of Warsaw (“PTE Allianz”). The text of the notification is attached hereto as an appendix.
PTE Allianz also notified the Company that on December 30th 2022 PTE Allianz Polska S.A. had merged with Aviva PTE Aviva Santander S.A. Following the merger, the combined entity operates under the name PTE Allianz Polska S.A. and manages three funds: Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny and Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (renamed from Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander).
