Film of Inter Cars Capital Group – „ILS European Logistics Centre” – has been nominated in the prestigious Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards. The authors of the film have a chance to receive one of the main prizes in this category.

 

Corporate Media & TV Awards is one of the biggest festivals of corporate films in the world. The best productions in each category are given a golden, silver and black Dolphin. The winner of Grand Prix receives White Dolphin from Cannes. The event is organized annually, and this year it is the eight edition of the festival.

 

One of awarded films is the material prepared for Inter Cars Group, presenting the stages of construction of the biggest investment of the Company – the ILS European Logistics and Development Centre. The nominated film is over 3 years for following the construction site with a camera and following every stage of it, plus involvement from the very first spade in the ground. Timelapses and hyperlapses tell the story of the investment starting from construction of posts, through the roof, making the floor layer, and finishing with installation of the most modern automatics and warehousing constructions. The film was made for over 30 shooting days from 4 different cameras focussed on the most important moments of the building which was constructed for approximately 36 months. The longest of several static timelapses was taking after-shots for three months when the unique in Europe sorter was being assembled at a mezzanine.

 

The ILS Centre in Zakroczym was opened in May 2017. The warehouse is one of its kind in the whole Europe in the automotive industry, having the most modern automatic logistics solutions.

 

The film has been prepared by Maciej Puczyński from OMProductions. The winners from each category will be announced during a special gala that will be held on 28th September.
